From start to finish the best truck buying experience of my life!Great folks that want your business for years, not so worried about the sale today!This is my 2nd Toyota Tundra from Bud Clary Toyota of Moses Lake. Leased a 2018 Tundra that only saw the dealer for 5k service. Sold that one to a key employee last week and leased a 2021 Tundra.

I recently purchased a used truck at Bud Clary. My salesman Kevin was polite and professional. There was no pressure to buy. The sales process was quick (as I wanted). I did contact them the next day (after the sale) and informed them of something that I did not like. Gary Spencer got back with me and listened to me and took care of the problem. They did not have to do that. THAT IS SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! I strongly recommend them and I would purchase another vehicle from them in the future! Brian Johnson

I recently purchased a used truck at Bud Clary. Everyone was very polite and professional. There were no hassles. The next day I contacted them about something I did not like and they took care of it - even when they did not have to. That is service after the sale! Gary Spencer stood up and made things right. Not everyone does that anymore.I strongly recommend them and would purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Went out yesterday to run downtown in my new 2020 RAV4 (3,927 miles) dead battery (8.64 volts). Called Bud Clary Toyota and spoke to the service department. Explained the situation and they said to jump it and bring it in. Being it is brand new and under warranty I didn’t feel it was my responsibility to get it to the dealer, they said to call Toyota Care. I did and approximately a hour later a local tow yard showed up and jumped it. I took it directly to the dealer and waited while they checked it out. After doing some online research ...
