Kyle and Dayvonn were fantastic to work with! They were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient, answering all of my (many) questions with professionalism while still being very personable and friendly. They actually made the entire car-buying experience comfortable and enjoyable. I added a clear shield to my loan and cannot get ahold of an actual person to make the initial appointment. It sends you to a computer which wants to schedule a diagnostics appointment and when you try calling for a person it goes to voicemail. Even when I call another department they cannot find anyone working in the service department that can help me. People like working with people NOT computers.
I would recommend this service department. They were courtious efficient and professional. They also have a shuttle which I use frequently.
All new staff have made for a better experience. They got the truck done in a reasonable amount of time and even were able to get us back in for additional fluid changes.
Very friendly, willing to work with you to get the car you want. The manager, John makes it easy to deal with. I love that they are not high pressured sales people. The finance manager is also easy to deal with, making the process of buying a car easy.

Went in for a scheduled oil change, had a morning appointment and every thing went good, was there only a little over a hour.had no problems
Everyone was kind and nice, yet did not diagnose the coolant leak with our 2018 Prius.
The service was great; however, they would not take my check after over 10 years and 3 vehicles we have serviced with them. Not such a big deal except for the 3% service charge on the credit card...especially when the service and parts are charged at a premium. Who carries $1200 in cash anymore?

Good service, quick service. Review of service by lead at exit pointed out wipers were in good condition but wipers did need replacing, he also ran thru the service information that was performed much too quickly. Service person who saw me to my car was very positive and goid spirits.
Sal most two weeks fo r fuel leak kept sayiny they would stay in touch called left message and Tex neither got back finally got fed up called on Thursday not ready will be fri morning. Kyle was great and helpful. Only thing I wish could have been different is allowing me to fill out paperwork before I come in so I could speed up the process but I understand that’s not always an option.
They did the job fast and they let me know what was need . Like I needed to change my cabin filter

Customer service was good and kept informed of needed services despite only asked ng to problem solve my radio issue. Performance Auto Sound was able to replace and install a new battery for $1800 less than Bud Clary.

I purchased my 2025 Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro from this dealership and had a very smooth and professional buying process. Communication was clear from start to finish, with zero pressure to add extra packages or insurance. I live about 300 miles away, and Wyatt was incredibly helpful - he negotiated the price over the phone and sent detailed photos so I could inspect the vehicle remotely before making the trip. Everything matched what was promised when I arrived. Very straightforward, honest team and a truly hassle-free purchase. Highly recommend, especially working with Wyatt.

They were very good honoring the “Bud Clary Care” oil change and didn’t charge me the total cost for the diagnostic procedure. Also charged the car overnight inside their shop. But! I had a great experience with Victor in the service department today. He was very courteous and I appreciated his transparency about what they could and couldn’t do based on availability of diagnostics that particular day. They did take care of my two recalls, and I’ll be back for the other issue.

The shuttle driver Chelsea (Chicanez) was right on time, knew her way around and best route. Very likable and personable person. This is the second time she has been my shuttle diver for Bud Cleary. She’s a good asset for Bud Clary. The service people were pleasant and called me when the work was done.

The service dept employees were extremely nice and more than happy to explain the bill. My only hesitation to a 5 star is they convinced me to get the sanitizer for my cabin filter area. I expected a better smell in my car but instead it made it smell way worse. Money not well spent

I received my inspection review and recommendation 5 minutes before being told my truck was finished. Receiving it earlier would have allowed me to approve some of the much needed recommendations.
Great experience with service department today. In the past the sales department experience was negative. We wanted to purchase a vehicle locally but have mistrust in sales department. Purchased out of town with a much better experience.
